Aperio CI Adds Research Layer to CRM Solutions

Aperio CI today announced the addition of what it calls unique customer research to its CRM solutions, creating a new layer of customer understanding and exponentially increasing performance of the company’s solutions.
Aperio CI and its research affiliate, Left Right Research, deliver consumer research that helps Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients improve sales and profits by utilizing sophisticated analytics and research to improve and measure their marketing efforts and results. The research is focused on the MICE (Media, Internet, Communications and Entertainment) industries.
Left Right Research surveyed more than 6,000 consumers in October 2009 and again in February 2010. It found TV, mobile phone, Internet and religion are all strong winners. Casual dining, amusement parks, bars and casinos are the losers.
This information, overlaid with Aperio’s sophisticated analytical CRM solutions, paint a whole new, clearer and crisper picture of the customer.
"Mobile operators ought to commission MICE surveys, which are generic surveys, with their own customers,” said Duffy Mich, chief executive officer of Aperio CI. “This will allow them to instantly profile customers. It will let them know who their heavy texters are, who their heavy voice users are, who use a little or a lot of both, who downloads apps and which apps they use frequently and simply cannot live without."
