The session is scheduled for 2:15 pm on Thursday, February 14th, 2008 at the Fira de Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain. The GSMA Mobile World Congress, considered the largest and most prestigious conference in the mobile communications sector, will run from February 11th through February 15th.

In his presentation, King will focus on how operators can use data analytics to strategically target marketing opportunities, streamline and integrate customer service applications, and enhance functionality and ease-of-use to reinforce customer value, extend lifecycles and reduce churn.
