Aperio CI Combines Bill Manager Products

Aperio CI has combined the functionality of its Bill Manager and Visual Bill Manager into one system. New features have been added, including:

  • Unbilled Usage – customers may now view their unbilled usage to see if there is a possibility that they might break their bundle.
  • Split Billing
  • Payment Processing
  • Alerts (bundle status, bill amount, etc) – this feature is user defined
  • Additional Subscriber Data (handset, value added service, contract end date) with appropriate reporting options
  • Recommender options (i.e., carrier may elect to recommend an ITS plan once it sees a user making international calls, etc)
  • iPad, iPhone, Droid, Windows Smartphone versions – Bill Manager and Visual Bill Manager now run on Smartphones and tablets
  • Proof of Savings option

The combined Bill Manager and Visual Bill Manager product is a Web-based marketing and bill management tool for communications companies' business customers. Users can use this tool to monitor communications usage for multiple service types in one single online platform. Extensive labeling and tagging capabilities enable users to clearly separate business from personal calls, the company said. The product includes a dashboard for a quick view of usage reports on the account, a comprehensive report library which may be customized by the user via extensive selection criteria, and all reports may be exported into MS Excel, PDF or CSV formats. The solutions contain multicurrency and multi-language interface options. The marketing dashboard delivers highly personalized offers based on the segment and characteristics of each customer. Customers may accept offers online with a mouse click.
