Aperio CI Names Stephen Davies and Reuven Battat to Board of Directors

Ronkonkoma, New York March 26, 2008 - Aperio CI, a leading provider of customer acquisition and retention solutions for service providers, announced the appointments of Stephen Davies and Reuven Battat to its board of directors as non-executive members. The appointments are effective immediately.

Stephen Davies brings a wealth of experience to Aperio CI. He currently serves as chairman of The Practice, a provider of Primary healthcare. He is also a non-executive director at Redknee Solutions, a provider of billing and personalization software, and he sits on the advisory board for Starhome, which provides roaming solutions to GSM operators.

Previously, he served as chairman of United Clearing, as well as the director of business markets for the British mobile communications provider O2, and as chief operating officer for Genie Internet. In addition, he served as chief executive officer for Cibernet Plc, the first financial clearing specialist for the GSM technology industry, and as managing director at Inter$Link, the UK's first online banking business for import and export companies.

Reuven Battat also brings extensive experience and expertise to Aperio CI. He was president and chief executive officer for Actimize, Inc., and prior to that, served in the same capacity for the ProcureNet Corporation.

Mr. Battat also held several executive positions with Computer Associates (CA), including president of CA's interBiz Solutions division, and executive vice president and general manager for CA's worldwide marketing efforts. Prior to joining CA, Mr. Battat managed key systems management projects for IBM Corporation.

He was also selected as one of the Top 10 Electronic Commerce Visionaries by eCom magazine.
